Kisa hali: Blobnaut'u kisisel kullanimin icin ucretsiz oynayabilirsin. Oyunu kopyalayip dagitamaz, degistiremez ya da satamazsin. Oyun “oldugu gibi” sunulur. Gizlilik tarafi icin Gizlilik Politikasi'na bak.

1. Taraflar ve kabul

Bu kosullar, Blue Game (“biz”) tarafindan gelistirilen Blobnaut adli mobil oyunun (“Oyun”) kullanimini duzenler. Oyunu indirip kurdugunuzda bu kosullari kabul etmis olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsaniz oyunu kurmayin; kurduysaniz kaldirin.

2. Lisans

Size, Oyun'u sahip oldugunuz cihazlarda kisisel ve ticari olmayan amacla kullanmaniz icin devredilemez, munhasir olmayan ve geri alinabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyun size satilmaz, lisanslanir.

Bu lisans kapsaminda yapamayacaklariniz:

Oyun'u ya da bir parcasini kopyalamak, yeniden dagitmak, satmak veya kiralamak,
kaynak koda donusturmek, tersine muhendislik yapmak ya da parcalarina ayirmak (yururlukteki mevzuatin acikca izin verdigi haller sakli),
degistirilmis surumler (“mod”, hile yamasi, yeniden paketlenmis APK) olusturmak ya da dagitmak,
Oyun'un adini, simgesini, karakterlerini, muzigini veya gorsellerini izinsiz kullanmak,
Oyun'u Google Play disindaki kaynaklardan dagitmak.

3. Icerik uretimi

Oyun'dan aldiginiz ekran goruntulerini ve video kayitlarini, yayin ve video platformlarinda paylasmakta serbestsiniz — para kazandiran kanallar dahil. Bunun icin ayrica izin almaniz gerekmez. Tek kosul, icerigin Oyun'un resmi kaynagiymis gibi sunulmamasidir.

4. Fikri mulkiyet

Oyun'un kodu, tasarimi, karakterleri, seviyeleri, sesi, muzigi, adi ve logosu dahil tum ogeleri Blue Game'e aittir ve telif hakki mevzuatiyla korunur. Bu kosullar, acikca verilenler disinda hicbir hak devretmez.

5. Oyun kaydi

Ilerlemeniz yalnizca cihazinizda saklanir; bizde hicbir kopyasi yoktur. Cihazinizi kaybetmeniz, Oyun'u silmeniz ya da cihaz verilerini temizlemeniz halinde ilerlemenizi geri getiremeyiz. Android'in kendi yedekleme ozelligi aciksa kayit sizin Google hesabiniza yedeklenebilir; bu yedek bizim degil, sizin kontrolunuzdedir.

6. Ucretlendirme

Oyun bu surumde ucretsizdir ve uygulama ici satin alma ya da reklam icermez.

Ileride uygulama ici satin alma eklenirse: tum odemeler Google Play uzerinden yapilir, biz odeme bilgilerinizi gormeyiz ve saklamayiz; iade talepleri Google Play'in iade politikasina tabidir. Satin alinan sanal ogeler (altin, karakter vb.) gercek dunyada hicbir parasal degeri olmayan, yalnizca Oyun icinde kullanilan lisanslardir; nakde cevrilemez ve devredilemez. Boyle bir degisiklik yapilirsa bu sayfa, ilgili guncelleme yayinlanmadan once guncellenir.

7. Guncellemeler ve kullanilabilirlik

Oyun'u guncelleme, ozellik ekleme ya da cikarma hakkimiz saklidir. Oyun, yeni bir surum olup olmadigini cihazinizdaki Google Play Store uygulamasina sorabilir ve size guncelleme onerebilir. Oyun'un dagitimini ileride durdurabiliriz; boyle bir durumda cihazinizda kurulu surumu kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.

8. Garanti reddi

Oyun “oldugu gibi” ve “mevcut haliyle” sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasiz calisacagini, her cihazla uyumlu olacagini veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacagini taahhut etmiyoruz. Yururlukteki mevzuatin izin verdigi olcude, acik ya da zimni tum garantileri reddediyoruz.

9. Sorumlulugun sinirlandirilmasi

Yururlukteki mevzuatin izin verdigi azami olcude, Oyun'un kullanimindan ya da kullanilamamasindan dogan dolayli, arizi veya sonuc niteligindeki zararlardan (veri kaybi ve kaydedilmis ilerlemenin kaybi dahil) sorumlu degiliz.

Bu madde, mevzuatin sinirlandirilmasina izin vermedigi sorumluluklari — kast ve agir ihmal ile tuketici mevzuatindan dogan haklariniz dahil — kapsamaz. Tuketici olarak sahip oldugunuz yasal haklar bu kosullardan etkilenmez.

10. Yas

Oyun her yas icin uygundur ve hicbir veri toplamaz. 18 yasindan kucukseniz, uygulama ici satin alma ozelligi ileride eklendiginde bunu kullanmadan once ebeveyninizin ya da vasinizin onayini alin.

11. Fesih

Bu kosullari ihlal etmeniz halinde lisansiniz kendiliginden sona erer; bu durumda Oyun'u cihazinizdan kaldirmaniz gerekir. Siz de Oyun'u istediginiz an silerek bu sozlesmeyi sona erdirebilirsiniz.

12. Degisiklikler

Bu kosullar zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Guncel surum her zaman bu sayfada yayinlanir ve ustteki tarih yururluk tarihini gosterir. Onemli bir degisiklik olursa degisiklik, ilgili uygulama guncellemesi yayinlanmadan once burada yayinlanir.

13. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu kosullar Turkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyusmazliklarda Turkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Tuketici olarak, kendi yerlesim yerinizdeki tuketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelerine basvurma hakkiniz sakli kalir.

In short: you may play Blobnaut for free, for yourself. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or sell it. The game is provided as is. For the privacy side, see the Privacy Policy.

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms govern your use of Blobnaut (the “Game”), a mobile game developed by Blue Game (“we”). By downloading and installing the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the Game; if you already have, uninstall it.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.

Under this licence you may not:

copy, redistribute, sell or rent the Game or any part of it,
decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble it (except where applicable law expressly permits it),
create or distribute modified versions (mods, cheat patches, repackaged APKs),
use the Game's name, icon, characters, music or artwork without permission,
distribute the Game from any source other than Google Play.

3. Content creation

You are free to share screenshots and video recordings of the Game on streaming and video platforms, including monetised channels. No separate permission is needed. The only condition is that your content must not be presented as an official source for the Game.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the Game — its code, design, characters, levels, sound, music, name and logo — belong to Blue Game and are protected by copyright law. These terms transfer no rights other than those expressly granted.

5. Your save data

Your progress is stored only on your device; we hold no copy of it. If you lose your device, uninstall the Game, or clear its data, we cannot restore your progress. If Android's own backup feature is enabled, your save may be backed up to your Google account; that backup is under your control, not ours.

6. Price and purchases

In this version the Game is free and contains no in-app purchases and no advertising.

If in-app purchases are added in future: all payments are processed by Google Play; we neither see nor store your payment details, and refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Virtual items (gold, characters and similar) are licences usable only inside the Game, have no monetary value in the real world, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Should such a change be made, this page will be updated before the corresponding app update ships.

7. Updates and availability

We may update the Game and add or remove features. The Game may ask the Google Play Store app on your device whether a newer version exists and offer you an update. We may stop distributing the Game in future; if that happens, you may keep using the version installed on your device.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, that it is compatible with every device, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of data and loss of saved progress.

Nothing in this section limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including wilful misconduct, gross negligence, and your rights under consumer protection law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by these terms.

10. Age

The Game is suitable for all ages and collects no data. If you are under 18, please get your parent's or guardian's approval before using in-app purchases, if and when that feature is added.

11. Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms, in which case you must uninstall the Game. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the Game.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it took effect. Any material change will be published here before the corresponding app update ships.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Turkish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the consumer arbitration committees and courts of your own place of residence.
