Kısa hali: Oyunun kendisi hakkınızda hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz ve hesap açmanızı istemez; ilerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda durur. Oyunda Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir ve AdMob, reklam sunmak için cihazınızın reklam kimliği gibi bazı verileri işler.
1. Bu politika neyi kapsıyor
Bu politika, Blue Game tarafından geliştirilen ve Google Play ile App Store üzerinden dağıtılan Blobnaut adlı mobil oyunu kapsar. Başka bir uygulamayı, bu sitedeki diğer sayfaları veya üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kapsamaz.
2. Oyunun topladığı veriler
Hiçbiri. Oyun sizden isim, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, konum, kişi listesi, fotoğraf veya başka bir kişisel bilgi istemez ve bunlara erişemez. Bize (Blue Game'e) hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Oyunda reklam kütüphanesi dışında analiz aracı, çökme raporlama servisi veya takip kodu bulunmaz.
3. Cihazınızda saklananlar
Oyun yalnızca oyun ilerlemenizi kendi cihazınızda saklar:
- hangi bölümleri bitirdiğiniz ve kaç yıldız aldığınız,
- topladığınız altın ve açtığınız karakterler,
- seçili karakteriniz,
- ses, titreşim ve dil ayarlarınız.
Bu bilgiler bize ulaşmaz ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinir.
4. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Oyun, Google LLC'nin AdMob hizmetiyle reklam gösterir: bölüm kartlarında yerel (native) reklamlar ve canlarınız bittiğinde isteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar. Reklam sunmak, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için AdMob; cihazınızın reklam kimliğini, IP adresini (yaklaşık konum), cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini ve reklam etkileşimlerini işleyebilir. Bu işleme Google'ın sorumluluğundadır ve Google Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir. Ayrıntı: Google, hizmetlerini kullanan uygulamalardan gelen verileri nasıl kullanır.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de oyun ilk açılışta Google'ın onay formunu gösterir. Seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman oyunun Ayarlar ekranındaki “Reklam gizlilik tercihleri” satırından değiştirebilirsiniz.
Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları cihazınızdan da kapatabilirsiniz: Android'de Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar; iPhone'da Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › İzleme ve Apple Reklamları. iPhone'da oyun, reklam kimliğinizi (IDFA) kullanmadan önce Apple'ın izin penceresiyle size sorar; izin vermezseniz reklamlar yine gösterilir ama kişiselleştirilmez.
Oyun internetsiz de oynanır; bu durumda reklam gösterilmez.
5. Diğer üçüncü taraflar
Android'de oyun, yeni bir sürüm olup olmadığını cihazınızdaki Google Play Store uygulamasına sorar; bu sorguyu Google yürütür ve bize bilgi gelmez. Android, cihaz ayarlarınızda yedekleme açıksa oyun ilerlemenizi kendi Google hesabınıza yedekleyebilir; bu yedek sizin hesabınızdadır.
İndirme ve güncelleme sırasında Google Play veya Apple App Store'un topladığı veriler o şirketlerin kendi politikalarına tabidir.
6. Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır; çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcılardan veri toplamaz.
7. Haklarınız
KVKK ve GDPR gibi düzenlemeler, hakkınızda işlenen verilere erişme, düzeltme ve silme hakkı tanır. Biz hakkınızda veri tutmuyoruz; reklam verileriyle ilgili talepleriniz için Google'ın araçlarını ve yukarıdaki onay ayarını kullanabilirsiniz. Sorularınız için bize yazabilirsiniz.

In short: the game itself collects no personal data and asks for no account; your progress stays on your device. It shows ads through Google AdMob, and AdMob processes some data, such as your device's advertising ID, in order to serve them.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers Blobnaut, a mobile game developed by Blue Game and distributed through Google Play and the App Store. It does not cover any other application, the other pages of this website, or third-party services.
2. Data the game collects
None. The game never asks for and cannot access your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information. Nothing is sent to us (Blue Game). Apart from the ad library, the game contains no analytics, crash reporting or tracking code.
3. Stored on your device
The game stores only your progress, on your own device:
- which levels you have finished and how many stars you earned,
- the gold you have collected and the characters you have unlocked,
- your selected character,
- your sound, vibration and language settings.
None of it reaches us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through AdMob, a service of Google LLC: native ads on the level cards, and optional rewarded videos when you run out of lives. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may process your device's advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device and app information and your interactions with ads. That processing is Google's and is governed by the Google Privacy Policy; see how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the game shows Google's consent form on first launch. You can change your choice at any time from “Ad privacy choices” in the game's Settings screen.
You can also limit personalised ads on your device: on Android, Settings › Google › Ads; on iPhone, Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and Apple Advertising. On iPhone the game asks for your permission through Apple's tracking prompt before your advertising identifier (IDFA) is used; if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised.
The game can be played offline; no ads are shown then.
5. Other third parties
On Android the game asks the Google Play Store app on your device whether a newer version exists; Google handles that query and no information from it reaches us. If backup is switched on in your device settings, Android may back your progress up to your own Google account; that backup belongs to you.
Whatever Google Play or the Apple App Store collect during download and update is governed by those companies' own policies.
6. Children
The game is designed for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
7. Your rights
Regulations such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK give you the right to access, correct and erase data held about you. We hold no data about you; for advertising data you can use Google's tools and the consent setting above. You are welcome to write to us with any question.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
